    I'm not that familiar with the super-high end HP market – is $24 mil crazy, or on target? Sometimes it seems that famous sports figures are completely delusional about pricing a la Deion Sanders penthouse at Azure, which is priced about double what it should really sell for. But then again, you don't have to be in sports to be delusional about pricing…there's a W penthouse for $10 mil that won't sell for half of that, anytime soon.
