Get this: it’s the same spread Jennifer Lopez was perusing, a classic Hampton’s clapboard six-bedroom, six-bathroom home “a bike ride” away from the ocean, at 5500 square feet. You can hear the surf! I am so jealous! Oh dear, we have to move that Azure condo: this puppy was listed at $5.975 million. It’s a custom build job with contemporary interiors designed around clean lines and European fixtures, much like what he had at The Azure, and a master with sitting area, cozy fireplace and balcony.Unlike Terrell Owens, who bought an entire Azure condo for his staff, Jason has plenty of room for the help in the 2,300-square-foot, finished basement. It includes a staff suite! And a staff will be a total necessity for the two acre property which includes a pool, pool house, tennis court and carriage house that can be used as a two-car garage with space above for a gym, office or playroom.
