When searching for a ranch property as a second home, there’s often a laundry list of “must haves” that buyers prioritize. While they may rank in different order, they usually include luxury amenities, nearby recreation, and incredible views. As attendees at the recent SecondShelters.com preview of Alpine Mountain Ranch & Club found out, this fantastic development in Colorado has everything — and then some!

The October event, hosted by SecondShelters.com founder and publisher Candace Evans at the luxurious Residences at the Stoneleigh, highlighted the fabulous amenities and location enjoyed by buyers at the Alpine Mountain Ranch & Club. Marketing and PR directory Brittanny Harvard highlighted the fabulous Steamboat Springs location to those who attended, as well as the new builds in the development’s trademark mountain contemporary style that will knock your socks off. Attendees included Gene Taylor, Sarah Dodd, former Dallas police chief David Kunkle, as well as Candy’s Media columnist Jon Anderson.

The 1,216-acre development is nestled in the Yampa Valley right next to Steamboat Ski Resort, Catamount Golf Club, and National Forest and features 63 five-acre homesites, 900 acres of open space, and a wildlife preserve. The development sports on-site equestrian facilities, access to gold medal fishing on the Yampa River, and membership opportunities at the slope-side Alpine Mountain Summit Club.
