A charter member of the SecondShelters.com fan club touched base with us recently to let us know about a great Naples, Florida, property close to two amazing beaches, fine dining, and more — and the Florida Traditional she showed us? Her own.

Heidi Boetsch-Loewinsohn, a Realtor with Caine Premier Properties, said her three-bedroom, two bath home has been recently landscaped and beautifully updated, and has 1,886 square feet of well-appointed living space that is close to quite a bit of the best things the area has to offer.

“It is in an incredible location, within biking distance to two of the top ten beaches in the country, Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins State Park,” Loewinsohn said.

Vanderbilt Beach Park is in a prime location near upscale hotels and more, with plenty of room for visitors to enjoy its white sands. Delnor Wiggins is known as one of the most pristine stretches of beaches in the world, where visitors come to sunbathe, paddle board, kayak, hike, bird watch, picnic and more.

And if that wasn’t enough, the five-star resorts The Ritz Carlton and La Playa are around the corner and perfect for watching the sunset and dinners on the beach, she said. The intimate and elegant Turtle Club is also available for beachside dining.

“Dinner there is outstanding, slip your feet out of your sandals and wiggle your toes in the sand while you sip on your champagne as the sun sets – not bad!” Loewinsohn said. “Mercato, a high-end retail development with Whole Foods and tons of locally owned haunts along with Trader Joes is within one mile.”

“I love riding my bike to the Yoga Loft (in Mercato) for class and grabbing a juice at Raw and Delicious on the ride home,” she added.”

And Loewinsohn’s house is a perfect coastal retreat, with wide-plank Italian rustic porcelain flooring throughout, a gourmet kitchen with a nine-foot-by-five-foot island, stainless steel appliances, and 42-inch cabinetry topped with Azul Cielo marble (which also makes an appearance in the bathrooms as well).

“The house is designed in coastal tones with rustic touches of elegance,” she said, including a special wood ceiling treatment in the dining area/wine room, and artisan-crafted barn doors in the bedrooms and den/study.

This Naples respite is priced at $507,000 and is listed by Loewinsohn. Want to see more? Check out the full listing here.
