Naturally-Secluded Beachfront Homes Available in Auberge’s Punta Mita Resort

Let’s take a trip to Mexico in your head.

Imagine a naturally-secluded tropical locale with crystal white sand beaches, gentle shore breezes that are softly curbed by the cliffs, and blue Pacific waters of Banderas Bay that are calm and actually just right for swimming.

There’s world-class golf down the road at one of two Jack Nicklaus-designed courses and the freshest seafood you can imagine in the fishing village of Punta de Mita. An island down the way has been called the Galapagos of Mexico because of the blue-footed booby birds waddling about, and in the water, dolphins and Humpback whales gather in this bay.

Now add a thoughtfully-planned scattering of stunning contemporary beachfront homes ranging from approximately $2 million to $11 million and you have Auberge Resorts Collection’s newest destination opening in March 2021.

The 33-acre Susurros del Corazón, which translates to whispers of the heart, will feature 30 beachfront residences and 59 boutique hotel suites perched on a bluff on the Pacific Coast of Mexico north of Puerto Vallarta.

The homes that may be optionally furnished will range from three-bedroom casitas starting at $1.95 million up to six-bedroom villas topping out at $10.9 million.

The three- and four-bedroom Beach Casitas are 3,200-square-foot homes with an additional 2,400 square feet of exterior living area including a private terrace with infinity-edge pool, Jacuzzi, and an outdoor kitchen and bar.

The Presidential Villa is a three-level, 8,340-square-foot home with six bedrooms, library, private gym, and both a chef’s kitchen and staff kitchen outfitted with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. The outdoor living space has two levels of terraces outfitted with firepit, wet bar, pizza oven, three hot tubs, and an infinity-edge pool.

There are also cliffside Hacienda Villas, two-story, 6,320-square-foot homes, and Ocean Bluff Villas, one-story, up to 3,600-square-foot homes, that have impressive views down the coast to the Las Marietas Islands.

The homes are contemporary but feel authentic in its Mexican setting with handcrafted custom finishes and hand-placed decorative stonework. The homes are designed with soft, boho style in mind using natural materials, relaxed but high-end finishes and floor-to-ceiling windows that let in lots of natural light.

Of course, the natural beauty of Punta de Mita’s quiet Banderas Bay is a gorgeous backdrop for what will be an amazing luxury community. It’s a 40-minute drive from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport, which has non-stop service from 11 U.S. cities including Dallas, Houston, L.A., Phoenix, and Denver. Punta de Mita in the Riviera Nayarit region is largely untouched land that Coastal Living magazine called the under-the-radar Mexican beach town for the ultimate getaway. That’s nice to hear considering how full Cabo San Lucas and other once-quiet resort towns have become.

This is going to be a world-class resort, no doubt, because it’s a Auberge Resorts property.
