The Austin City Limits Music Festival just announced their line up and it’s going to be good! So we thought it only fitting to dedicate this week’s Splurge vs. Steal to homes near Zilker Park.

It takes place on two consecutive, three-day weekends, and is inspired by the KLRU/PBS music series of the same name. The festival is produced by Austin-based company C3 Presents, which also produces Lollapalooza. In a nut shell, it’s one of the most epic outdoor music fests in Texas.
