Cookie-magnate’s Ranch Could Be Yours, For a Lot of Dough

River View Ranch boasts more than 200,000 acres and spans four counties in Utah — and it was once home to Debbi Fields, of Mrs. Fields cookie fame.

It’s now on the market for $45 million.

The ranch has been in the hands of chocolatier Jeanette Brooks and her husband, Martin, since 2011. But before that, it was the estate of Fields and her husband, Randy, who lived in the home in the 1980s.

After the couple’s divorce and the company’s bankruptcy, the home sat empty for more than a decade before Brooks bought it at auction, she told Mansion Global

After a $3.5 million renovation and expanding the acreage, the 17,000 square foot house has 10 en-suite bedrooms, luxe furnishings (all included), a large gourmet kitchen, copper ceilings, stained glass windows, and more. It’s also close to Park City, making it a great spot for a family compound or corporate retreat.

The acreage includes Provo River frontage for fly fishing, two ponds, a 24-stall barn, outdoor riding arena, hay barn, shop, and pastures that serve as grazing and breeding lands for the ranch. There is also a ranch headquarters with three homes, a bunkhouse, shop, hay barn, tack area,  and corrals.

Unvarnished Makes Case 5 for Modern Malibu Living

It’s called the Case 5, and this still-under-construction Malibu home is already on the market for $100 million — even though it won’t be complete until late 2020.

Designed by Scott Gillen and his firm Unvarnished, the home will be part of a collection of five new homes inspired by Midcentury Modern design, Realtor.com said.

Of the five, though, Case 5 is considered to be the crown jewel of the ultra-exclusive community on Malibu Bluffs. It boasts ocean views, water features, light-filled courtyards, and pools. Inside, the home showcases spectacular views from nearly every corner of the space.
