Joe Pesci is putting his Jersey Shore mansion up for sale, but to have any Positraction (see what we did there?) in the exchange, you’ll need $6.5 million.

Realtor.com had the story first – the Oscar-winning actor with a long line of quotable movie roles was hanging a for sale shingle out on his Lavallette, New Jersey home, which was built in 1990.

Pesci bought the 7,200-square-foot contemporary in 1994 for $850,0000. Equipped with eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms, the home is situated on a private double lot with a deep-water bulkhead in the West Point Island neighborhood and includes a boat dock, and is a bike ride to the ocean.

Inside, an open floor plan and floor-to-ceiling windows showcase bay views. An eat-in kitchen has a center island and room for a dining table.

A spiral staircase leads to a master suite upstairs, which includes a private balcony, bathroom, and office (currently decked out with nods to Pesci’s long and successful career).

Flipping through the listing photos, there are plenty of opportunities to see memorabilia collected by Pesci, too.

The views outside are equally impressive, with a heated pool and spa, extended deck, and spectacular water views.

“This waterfront home has every imaginable upgrade and includes a private elevator, open floor plan, spectacular master bedroom suite that includes a private balcony a luxury bathroom, and private office,” said listing agent Michael Puccio with ReMax Central.

“It also stunningly blends interior and exterior to create an entertaining showplace and also offers a tranquil retreat-like setting,” he added.
