The Trisara resort in Phuket, Thailand bills itself as “the garden in the third heaven.” And Concierge Auctions has a property within the Thai resort that certainly lives up to the billing.
The resort is known as one of Thailand’s most luxurious, with a private-access beach on the Andaman Sea surrounded by private luxury pool villas and residences built into terraced hillsides that back up to a large nature preserve.
And of course, Trisara also offers plenty of dining options, pools, fitness options, and even entertainment options for children. There is also a spa and cruise trips to other adjacent islands, although the resort town of Phuket has plenty to keep someone busy, too.
There is no reserve for the eight-bedroom, eight-bath, 6,127-square-meter Villa Sawan, but a smaller six-bedroom, 2,000-square-meter villa in the same resort is listed for 231,000,000 Thai Baht, or roughly $7.6 million USD, so one could likely expect to triple that price for this home, which has never been listed for sale.
“The original owners spared no expense when developing this ‘resort within a resort’ and invested tens of millions into this ultra-posh villa located within Phuket’s most luxurious and private five-star beach resort community, which boasts the island’s only Michelin-starred restaurant,” the listing says.
All told, the western-facing, 65,950-square-foot resort-style compound boasts its own cove with a restricted access beach and ocean views, a 25-meter swimming pool, and two additional pools as well. Lush gardens dot the estate, as do dining and entertaining pavilions.
The entire estate was built in 2004, with improvements made constantly. Inspired by traditional Thai architecture, the home has vaulted ceilings, a 14-seat dining room, its own fitness centers, and steam room, a private movie theater, and a home office with conference room, the listing said.
