LM Pagano, Designer To The Stars, Lists Ocean-Canyon Stunner For $4.5 Million

Share News:

LM Pagano, interior designer to stars like Johnny Depp and Nicholas Cage, just listed her personal residence off Tuna Canyon Road in Topanga, California for $4.5 million. Pagano is the designer behind Matthew Perry’s eye-catching “$35 Million Mansion in the Sky,” so you know her personal home is just as good! Let’s take a peek inside.

A Work Of Art, Sited On Six-Acres With Ocean And Canyon Views

First off, this is not your average designer dwelling. It’s so much more! The three-bedroom, three-full-and-one-half-bathroom estate is a work of art. The rosy-gray cubist sculptural home is by noted architect, Thomas (Tom) Egidi of Tuna Studio Architecture, and comes sited on six acres, surrounded by ocean and canyon views.”

Interiors Blessed By Feng Shui Master, Karen Rauch

Even better, Pagano personally designed the interiors herself. But also enlisted the help of Feng Shui master, Karen Rauch Carter! The goal? To bless the home. Thus, from 2013 to 2016, the pair dreamed up a tranquil, calming retreat. Today, it is a vision, with Zen-like features and serene views to match.

Fruit Trees, Scenic Trails, And A Yoga Retreat Await

Among the highlights are two separate master suites with private balconies framing endless views. Outdoors, there is an infinity-edge pool floating over the canyon. Plus, you’ll enjoy a separate pool-house with fireplace and outdoor shower. Scenic trails, lush gardens, and over 40 fruit trees add to the allure. And the home affords a bonus structure in the canyon, as well as a bridge overlooking a seasonal brook. According to the listing it’s, “a bohemian escape, perfect for yoga, art or recording.” We couldn’t agree more.

Expect An “Always Inviting” Vibe

In addition, living here means owning a meticulous showplace. Pagano’s work is defined as “always inviting, multi-layered designs that are elegantly fun, serenely spare and show-stoppingly glamorous.” Her designs are featured in the pages of Art & Design, The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, Elle Décor, House and Garden, Vogue, and Vanity Fair, to name a few.

Only In Hollywood…

Another fun fact? Eagle-eyed movie-goers might recognize the estate from the big screen. The Topanga property was featured in 2005’s “Hostage,” starring Bruce Willis. Could you see yourself living in this California beauty? Let us know in the comments.
