Airbnb Plus properties are homes that consistently exceed expectations of hospitality, style, and cleanliness. Austin, Texas is home to over 270 of them.

Airbnb.com explains how homes become eligible for an invitation to the upper echelons of Airbnb Plus: They must have “maintained an average rating of 4.8 over the past year” and have had “no canceled reservations over the past year.”
