Why now Viceroy Snowmass? Last December, Snowmass Base Village acquired the Viceroy Snowmass, per Trip Advisor Snowmass Village’s No. 1-rated hotel. They’re just completing $3.5 million in renovations in its public areas, including adding a new Pan-Latin restaurant from Richard Sandoval, a new coffee shop, and a new fitness center, too. In the spring, they’ll be upgrading the swimming pool and hot tubs, and reopening outdoor slope-side dining space.

Snowmass Village is celebrating  its 50th anniversary this year. The Colorado resort boasts 94 trails, the largest vertical descent of any resort in North America, and a new 5,700-foot, rider-controlled alpine coaster opening this December.
