A ranch that now spans four Utah counties and was once home to a cookie magnate is up for grabs, Scott Gillen and his firm Unvarnished listed an ultra-chic Malibu home still under construction, and there’s an opportunity to travel to Morocco on an exclusive 14-day tour.

It’s been decades since the late Bing Crosby moved to the remote Elko, Nevada, but his presence still looms large in the town — and his ranch there is now up for sale.
Crosby purchased property there in the 1940s with the idea that it would become a respite for his family, remote enough to be able to shed the expectations that came with being a famous movie star and singer. He would end up owning seven ranches in the area around the town, which is about 400 miles from Las Vegas.
His Lawson Ranch property is up for sale for $7.28 million — and while that might seem like a premium, it includes a working cattle ranch, a private airstrip and hangar, and a six-bedroom main house that serves as a working bed and breakfast currently. There are additional buildings that serve as living quarters for guests and staff as well.
The original homestead from the 1860s is also still on the site, and has been preserved.
A frequent farmers market supplier of produce, condiments, and meat, Greer Farm is also a destination farm and ranch that hosts guests. It’s on the market for $3.5 million.
It’s not often that a sustainable farm and ranch with plenty of income opportunity comes on the market, which makes the fact that Greer Farm is now on the market even more remarkable.
The farm, which is located in Daingerfield, has 385 acres. In addition to hosting weddings and events and visitors in cabins, the farm also provides farmers markets all over Texas with jellies, jams, beef, pork, lamb, eggs, vegetables, and fruit.(more…)

Wide-open spaces, or small-town charm? Two homes in Graham, Texas, that have hit the market mean you can satisfy either yen.
Both homes are for sale by the owners, Jilene and Todd Foust, who can’t stop raving about the little town of 8,931 that has become home (or second home) to more than 5,000 multi-millionaires.
“I would say being from Dallas, in the Highland Park area, born and raised, I found it fascinating if you move two hours away to Graham, which is nestled 26 miles from the famous Possum Kingdom Lake, you find this quaint little town that has no middle-class population,” Jilene Foust said. “Years ago Fortune magazine did an article about Graham, listing it as having more millionaires per capita by state!”
